Hardware and Computer Maintenance contracts.
Our computer hardware maintenance agreements provide cover for PC’s and network hardware devices on a same / next day onsite basis (depending on requirements).
We provide a full repair service or where a repair cannot be carried out quickly enough, we will swap-out your PC or other hardware device for an identical pre-configured or superior replacement and deliver it to you.
In most cases this may be a temporary measure while your PC or hardware is repaired. If we cannot repair it we may let you keep the replacement. In some situations where an engineer is not deemed necessary to attend a replacement or swap will be delivered to the client by courier.
Our computer maintenance agreements include parts and labour for the duration of the maintenance contract. Cover applies to hardware supplied by us or any third party and is provided for hardware failure as a result of proper use and treatment of the products.

SERVERS & PC’s
Within our computer maintenance agreements servers are covered by a same or next day onsite repair service for hardware problems.
Within the agreement maintenance cover for servers does not include a swap out service as data and services held on servers are often unique and specialized. It would not be possible to simply swap a server for another one.
Where a server cannot be repaired in reasonable time a temporary replacement may be provided at the request of the client and at the discretion of Eolas Technologies. Data which is considered critically urgent by the client will be transferred.
The replacement may not meet the specification of the proper server machine and it is likely some services will be unavailable until such time that the proper server machine is returned.
A premium 4 hour hardware response service is also available. Details can be supplied on request. Parts and labour is covered for servers during the coverage period.
